Hi! Im a newbie here.. first i would like to thank all of u for sharing experiences and knowledge in your process of applying for qsw.

Question po, i printed my sss contribution seen online and asked my father to bring it at sss office and have it ctc. But the sss office stamped it with "RECEIVED" and not d one with 'certified true copy'.. hindi daw sila nag se-certify.

U think guys ok lang yun? Does any one of you have d same experience?

Pag may Tourist Visa ba ng Canada need i-declare yun? We got a multiple entry tourist visa (di pa namin nagamit).

2015 pa expiry and sa asawa at anak ko 2018 pa.

Na receive na ng Quebec office yung application ko based dun sa monitoring ng DHL. tama ba 3 to 4 months bago ma receive yung AOR?

You can still use it... Like I said sa mga previous posts ko why not ask a certificate from your employer on all your SSS contributions. I guess that and your printed online SSS will make a solid proof that your paying religiously your SSS...

Thank u po! Ah i didnt notice ung post na kukuha ng certificate sa employer. Possible pala yun? I thought it should come from sss. Bakit naman kasi hindi nagtatak ng ctc ang sss. Hehe

ask ko lang po, nasa government hospital po ako and wala po ako sss. yung previous emploer ko meron, that was 3yrs ago. hindi nagcecertify kasi ang SSS para sa proof of contribution.

Pano kaya pag may kapatid na canadian citizen pero nasa toronto sila, makaka apekto kaya yun? kasi based from what i heard once they came to know that ur relatives are from other province which u r applying they will automatically refuse the application. I have not declare na may kapatid akong canadian citizen sa toronto kasi ala naman sa tanong, quebec lang kaya di na din ata need ipasa ang docs nila.

Hi everyone... I just wanted to ask for your help about my itr or sas contributions because i am working here in saudi arabia for 7yrs and it is a tax free country... Can i just show them my pay slip and my OEC ...do i really need to get an certificate of tax exemption? Tnx a lot!

Since you're in a government hospital ang alam ko GSIS sa inyo. Why not ask from GSIS your proof of payments.

Yes, you can get it from your employer.
