QUEBEC SKILLED WORKER APPLICANTS FROM PHILIPPINES... LET'S SHARE EXPERIENCES..

Oh... Read some other threads here, looks like there are still applicants (who received their AOR 4-6 months after they filed) from waaaay 2010 waiting for their QSC. Musta naman yun? And if they close by March 2014 and change their immigration rules again, what will happen to our applications? I do hope and pray we receive our AORs before March 2014 so we don't get subjected to the new rules (kung magpalit man) ;D

hopefully pamz..aor to arrive soon..lol....I guess even if there are changes to the rules by march, applicant's status will still be based from the existing rules upon submission..same thing that happens to applicants who have submitted before august 1, 2013..

guys please share naman. CIS or CIC anu mas maganda? kasi namimili pa ako ng consultancy. ok ba ang charges nila?

nakapag seminar ako sa CIC....but i did not acquire any consultancy or lawyer when i submitted my docs..,,pasaway lng..lol..i think CIC is good..they have C anadian lawyers too from vivre o canada in quebec..you better inquire personally to CIS or CIC so that you will have a full details of their services and FEES..lol..

Hi guys, ask ko lang. Sa application for selection certificate it says 5years, pede ko bang ideclare yung present work since 4years and 2mos nako, ang hirap kasi kumuha ng salary certificate from my old work. please advise, baka mareject ang application ko kasi incomplete. possible kaya mareject?

Hi Everyone,

Im new to this thread and is seriously thinking of applying in Quebec. I have prepared my docs. And will submit it early next week. I just want to know if ITR is good enough instead of SSS?

Also, I cannot get a LCR (Birth cert) but I do have NSO, is that good enough too?

Please help. And i guess, this is what I get for not hiring a consultant. Nagtitipid kasi.

Hello po....mam/sir, bale po nag sisimula palang po ako mag process para sa quebec skilled worker program..bale po nurse akoand currently andito po ako sa kuwait for 2 years na...balak ko po sana dito mang gagaling yung application ko, tanong ko lang po may nakaka alam po ba kung saang office ko issend? Kasi ung embassy dito wala silang immigration services...at isa pa po, would it be wiser kung dito mang galing ung application or sa pinas ko po ba tkga need mag pasa?

It depends. Last update ng 31 Oct is 3,980 out of 20k, please see http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/en/informations/rules-procedures.html. Thorough review of application dapat para di mareject.

I think SSS is better than ITR. NSO is good enough.

ME application should send their documents to Montreal, address will be seen here in forum, medyo backread ka lang. Mas ok kung Kuwait instead sa Pinas so you will be updated unless your contract will end soon.

As long as it is open you can still send your application by that time..However, we are not sure when will the cap be filled completely..Applications may close anytime when the cap is reached even if its not yet March 31st..if you could make it earlier, better..but as tipsy said, review your documents well..good luck..

as per the form,
If you cannot provide proof of social security contributions or proof of exemption
from payment of social security premiums, you must provide proof of payment of
income tax.

no problem with NSO..much better..

depende sa contract mo..kung aalis ka na diyan in the near time, better yung address mo na lng sa pinas..but if you opt to stay for more, indicate mo na lng dyan sa kuwait so that you can directly receive whatever docs or info they will give to you via mailing address..
