Examples of calculations based on accompanying persons:
- Principal applicant with spouse and 2 children under 18 years old = $5,185
- Principal applicant with spouse and one child under 18 years old and one child age 18 or older = $4,804 + $1,364 $ = $6,168
- Principal applicant with spouse and four children under 18 years old = $5,566 + $381 = $5 947
- Principal applicant without spouse but with one child under 18 years old and 2 children age 18 or older = $3,930 + (2 X $1,364) = $6,658

Only the following payment methods are accepted:
certified cheque drawn on a Canadian bank;
cashier’s cheque;
cheque issued by a Canadian company;
Canada Post money order;
bank draft drawn on a Canadian bank;
credit card (if you mail in your application, you must fill in the form Payment by credit card (Dynamic PDF, 376 Kb), sign it and attach it to your application).
Application for a Selection Certificate (DCS) – Businesspeople
Only the following payment methods are accepted:
bank draft drawn on a Canadian bank;
Canada Post money order.
ATTENTION! Cheques must made payable to the Ministre des Finances du Québec and must include, on the reverse side, the name of the applicant in block letters. Payment in cash and traveller’s cheques is not accepted.
BY MAIL: You must include, in the same envelope, the form duly completed and signed, all of the documents required depending on your situation (appendices, declarations, etc.) as well as payment of the fees required.
