I think dapat legal document siya na nagsasabi na exempted ka sa tax. Im not sure kung pwede sa certificate yan.

about sa volunteer, if hindi naman madadagdagan ang points mo, wag mo na ideclare. I have almost a year of volunteer exp pero i decided not to include it because ang hirap patunayan yun... You have to make the hospitals (where you did volunteer) make the same detailed coe as if you are their employee. Knowing hospitals here, lalo na yung govt hospitals, hindi ka nila pagaaksayahan ng panahon not unless full time employee ka. So I just declared all my full time paid hospital experience.

pero if you have no choice and you want to declare the volunteer exp but cannot obtain a detailed coe, there is a way... I know someone who worked at a govt hospital and cannot obtain the detailed coe so what she did is make an affidavit explaining the reasons. It worked at the federal level and she already got pr and is at canada for a year now.

back to your question, sa internship mo ilalagay yung volunteer.

Ask ko pala, paano un middle east experience? Presently kasi sa abu dhabi ako nagwowork. Tax free, paano kaya un?

haha..sundin mo na lng si kuya boss chips..i came also from middle east..naka exit na ko recently..what i did is nag file na lng ako ng tax excemption sa BIR for income gained abroad (attached dun is my contract from my employer and passport)..haha..wala kasing tax sa middle east diba, and i dont know where to get it from there there..haha..

Yup, di naman ako madadagdagan. Pero 1 year din nman yun. Un lang, malaki laking work gap ang mangyayari. Hehehe.

Sana di naman maging issue ang work gap sa assessment.

hmmm..wala akong form na ginamit eh..i went directly sa BIR pasay..infront of heritage hotel..then hinanapan lng ako ng passport and contract..then ayun ita type na nila ung certificate mentioning the article from the law regarding exemption of ofw in filing taxes..then iaatach din nila dun ung contract mo..hehe..pero kung makakuha ka dyan sa employer mo ng affidavit mas ok...pero MEDYO i doubt ah kasi tax free nmn talaga ang buong middle east and parang ang awkward kung hihingan natin sila ng cert of tax exemption...lol..

Hi mga kabayans,
I'm new to this forum and I just would like to ask some questions, I've got my AOR last Sept. 2013, i applied last may 2013, ask me lang if do i still need to pass french language test result and give to them even if my score is 55 without french and adaptability, and i applied my appication when i was 38 years old and now i'm 39 already, mababawasan ba ang point me..sori I'm so confused right now with these new rules. Please if somebody could shed light on this. I'll really appreciate it.
