HELLO EVERYONE. IT'S BEEN TWO MONTHS SINCE QSW HAS CHANGED ITS NEW SYSTEM. I HOPE WE COULD SHARE OUR JOURNEY HERE. I AM ABOUT TO LODGE MY DOCUMENTS IN TWO DAYS TO COME.

I am also submitting mine this coming week, just want to make sure that everythings complete. Just want to ask you bout proof of work legality, are u submitting sss or itr.

Re: sss - paano kumuha ng certified true copy ng cotribution. In my case kc I have resigned feom work 15 months ago so its difficult for me to ask for a certification from my previous employer bt I can view my contribution online via sss online. I have itr pero lacking ako ng isang year, pwede ko kya ipass yun even though incomplete.

kristine, about ITR.. sa case ko kasi,, sept.2008 ak ostart work, then 2 weeks ago ako nag-5th year. kaya ang itr ko, from 2009-2012 lang submit ko..supported naman ny certiifcate of employment na 5 years na talaga work

About sa sss online, what i did was print out all the info about me online and had a local sss branch head certify the document as an original copy. pero sinama ko pa din ang itr ko from previous companies para may backup ako in case na hindi ma-honor ang sss online.

Im a qsw applicant. Sent my app oct 1 and it reached montreal oct 4.

About sa sss online, what i did was print out all the info about me online and had a local sss branch head certify the document as an original copy. pero sinama ko pa din ang itr ko from previous companies para may backup ako in case na hindi ma-honor ang sss online.

At least nairaos mo na siya I'll be going to Makati today to enroll in French lessons.

hello po everyone..mag aaply din po ako baka makapagpasa po ako this week..just waiting for some documents..gusto ko lang po i clarify ung sa authenticated documents po ba need pa nun ng certification..i mean aside from the stamp ng notary need pa po ba ng certification paper na ang nag notarized nun is legitimate..(documentary stamp etc)

tapos po wala po akong sss or itr because sa saudi po ako nag work 3 yrs (saudi is a tax free country)..i just got an exemption certificate from bir..pwede na po ba un..

and ung local work ko po way back 2009 only for 6 months.. need ko pa po ba mag declare dun ng sss or itr..

In my case, I had only notarized with no certification as to the lawyer is legitimate...then about your local work na six months, try to check po sa SSS online..if your contribution for that work was reflected then you should declare it as well...
