Yes you may do so along with the, form request for change, http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/publications/en/dcs/A-0520-MA-dyn.pdf. Tick the box "Submission of a new item in support of your application or that of your spouse (education, work experience,
language knowledge, etc.)" You already have a file number kaya pwede mo na ipadala yan.

My question is, how much exactly do I have to pay together with the submission of my application? Do I have to pay the full Quebec Government Fees which is C$ 757 for principal applicant, C$162 for spouse and C$ 162 for dependent upon submission? Thanks...Hoping for your response

yes.. if im not mistaken, you have to pay for the principal applicant fee amounting to 757 and the corresponding fees for spouse and/or children if any of them are accompanying you

Hi! I have a question regarding the paper size to be used for the application forms. Someone told me who is also applying through an agency that documents must be in A4 size. Is this true? What about the photocopies if diploma and transcripts?
