Is there a format in the e-mail you sent them? What specifics did you place in your e-mail? Was it written in English or French?

Nope wala pong format.nilagay ko lang po na i wanted to request the application kit for recognition for equivalence. I wrote there also that i am a nurse planning to migrate in quebec and already submitted my docs under qsw.then yung prc license mo when u obtained,work experience and contact details especially yung address par dun nila i m-mail.i wrote it in english.after sending it po mag a-auto reply yung oiiq that they will process your request.

Yup sa pagkakaalam ko magkaiba yun.yung comparative evaluation parang credential assessment siya.then yung recognition equivalence sa oiiq yun sila mag eevaluate ng documents mo kung aling nursing program i- uundergo mo if you need a 2 month nursing orientation program or 5 months based sa nabasa ko.we can ask sir conradfael kung tama ba research ko since nandun na po siya sa montreal. And yes po i just sent a request letter thru e-mail sa address na binanggit ko.

Request forms po siya sa school registrar para sa school documents mo and the school registrar need to sign the forms.di ko pa po siya nababasa ng maayos kasi yung first page pure french.then yung forms in french pero may english translation naman.

Got my kit from oiiq.sent them an email.di ko expect Na marereceive ko kaagad.i emailed them 1st week of january and i got it yesterday. Just include in your request letter: your intent of writing the letter, when and where you graduated, relevant work experience, when you took and passed the board exam,plans in the next few years in quebec and contact info (complete name, address, contact #). Got this info from another forum dated few years back. oh and their emAil add is bureau-registraire @ oiiq.org

AFAIK, kailangan ng comparative evaluation for OIIQ application.

Kung talagang kelAngan po then must do the comparative evaluation first and I think it costs about 300CAD. Inobtain ko lang po muna yung forms from oiiq sonce it will take time for them to mail it. And yung sa conparative evaluation sa MICC nadodownload lang yata yung forms sa website?

Regarding the kit from OIIQ you can just simply email them that you are applying for CSQ and you would like to ask for their kit in order for you to register sa kanila. Give them your name, mailing address and other info that they will ask for. Then wait nalang for the kit to arrive. The kit includes a form that you will ask your school to fill up and mail together with the transcript of record. Another form para naman sa HR nyo para sa professional experience nyo and they will mail it together with your certificate of employment. Another form naman para sa PRC and the guys their know what to do narin. I suggest kung matatagalan pa kayo na makuha ng ibang documents wag nyo na ipa courier sa PRC. Another form was the Comparative evaluation that you are going to send to MICC together with certified true copies of all your diplomas starting your secondary education and TOR starting from your secondary education. Now you are going to pay about $107 lang ata yun for the Comparative education and almost $700 para naman sa application sa OIIQ. Well, ginawa ko lahat ng to, right after I got CSQ. Why? natakot lang ako nun pano kung di ako bigyan. Sayang naman yung gagastusin ko. But I had all the documents readied na since it took time din. Siguro yung Comparative pwede nyo ng ipadala since di naman ganun kalaki and it takes months as in months for you to get it. 6 months ata yung sa akin eh. I mailed man mine last May and they mailed the result this February and I got it the day before I was bound for Montreal.

This is very helpful. 3 things na kelangan ko hanapin agad eh phone with internet (kasi baka mamiss ako ng mga kapatid ko. Kinukwento ko ang stories mo sa mom and grandma ko na nasa Toronto kasi nawawalan na ata sila ng pag-asa na makakaalis ako o baka naiinip na sila kakaantay akin. Don't worry may mabibili kang Milo dito. Nakabili kami ng frozen dahon ng ampalaya, dahon ng sili, and bulaklak ng kalabasa, green papaya kaya nagtinola kami the other day. Bumili rin kami ng pandesal, silver swan na toyo, Ginisa mix, Pancit Canton, Ligo sardines. May nakita akong bawang na bawang, ding dong, bagoong, etc. Nakakatuwa nung pumasok ako nakalimutan ko nasa Canada na pala ako feeling ko nasa Pilipinas lang ako buti nalang super lamig sa labas.
