i need ur help po!

ngaayos pln ako ng requirements for quebec skilled worker, and i am planning not to hire any agency.

my question lng po ako if is it true n may deadline ang submission ng application and ano po address issend ito? thanks hope u can help me..

may deadline po..march 31, 2014..pero anytime pwede mag closed ang filing if the cap is reached..and wala pa pong kasiguruhan kung after march eh, applications will close or will still continue, or whether mag ko close and mag rereformat ng rules etc etc..kaya alaert lng in visiting the website for updates..lol

Hi everyone. Yung credi card na ginamit ko had been charged. I passed my application sept last year. its been said na thru email/regular mail ipapadala yung aor. My question is, sa post office ko ba ifofollow up or gumagamit din yung immigration ng courier. Kung sa post office kasi baka andun lang nakatambak sa office nla yung aor. Wat do u think guys?

pareho tau ng status...been charged pero wala png notice..lol..i think they sent it through regular mail by phil post kasi ung sa natanungan ko eh may stamp ng city nila like pasay, parañaque post office..lol..di pa ko nag follow up sa post office ko, kasi baka wala pa talaga..lol..but maybe you are right..pwedeng nakatambak lng un dun..lol..dec. 17 pa ko na charged..

Tingin ko nga din sa post office. Matgal kc ideliver ng mga tga-post office yung mga sulat. Sobra. Pumunta na kong post ofis, wala kasi yung nakaassign sa bgy. namin kya iniwan ko nalang cp # ko. D pa ngttxt kung may dumating na..

Anyways, I am planning to apply for Quebec Skilled Worker Program. I'm 25 years old and has been working as a staff nurse for over 3 years now. I have already taken the IELTS exam in 2013 but I'm not really sure if it's accepted since I took the Academic. My scores are the ff: Listening-7.5 Reading-8.5 Speaking-7.5 Writing-6.5 with an Overall Band Score of 7.5.

Concerned lang po ako kasi my agent told me (d ko na lang po sasabihin ang name ng agency) na Academic IELTS is not a problem and that it's accepted. Sinabi rin niya sakin na marami na raw sila mga applicants with Acad na nakatanggap na ng mga file numbers nila. D parin po ako panatag because sa mga sites/forums na napuntahan ko, halos lahat po nagsasabi na dapat General IELTS lang ang accepted if someone is applying for an Immigrant in Canada and all those who have submitted an Academic IELTS will be returned. I'm worried because nakabayad na po kasi ako ng down payment and if it's true na General lang talaga ang pwede, I'm more than willing to take the test again asap.

What's the truth behind this po? :-[ Can someone please help shed light?



Edit: One more thing,I just recently found out that my employer failed to deduct anything for SSS so wla po ako SSS contribution. What should I do?

I think they can send your application kahit acad kasi na reach mo na yung minimum points na kelangan, however, you will be needing to take general training in the future kasi yun talaga ang required. di ko lang yun sure pero yun ang pagkaintindi ko. with regards to SSS, mahirap yan, maybe you can use your ITR instead. di po ako maalam dito, im just trying to jelp

Good afternoon! I filed my application for CSQ last October 18, 2013. Luckily, I received my file number early this morning & the opening date was Dec 18, 2013. Can you please enlighten me, if you have any idea. Last October, the moment I filed my application (including spouse as dependent), I got pregnant. Would this affect the processing time? What might happen next? Thank you so much & may God grant all our prayers.

Guys yung mga na approved na application, ibig sabihin yung document na pinasa nila wala talagang mali or may consideration basta yung points ay pasado?

Kaso nga po sinabihan ako ng consultant na okay lang raw talaga ang Acad ko kasi d raw sila nag aadvise na mag apply if hindi accepted. I tried to ask her din pala if may mga applicants na sila with the same Acad IELTS as me na successful at nakapunta na ng Quebec, ang sinabi lang niya they already received their file numbers. Gusto ko sana malaman kung wala bang nareject sa kanila kaso iba sagot niya. Malay mo diba, sa later stages baka mareject sila. Ewan ko ba, willing naman ako mag take ng General IELTS eh para sure. :'(

Regarding my SSS, she sent me the format for the Certificate of Non Sss Contribution na ipapa counter sign ng employer ko but d ko alam kung tatanggapin nila to kasi nga the company does deduct their employees for SSS contribution. May mga ibang employees lang like me (and some others) na hindi nila na deductan.

Hello..depende po...kasi when you filed last october, only ur husband ang dependent. Now, pgkatapos mo manganak, then ul have to add ur baby as additional dependent

Same boat pala tayo. Hindi ko alam kung bakit hindi na deduct. Aminado naman ako na I'm partly to blame kasi hindi ko na check from the start na wala pala SSS deduction sa pay slip ko but it's still their (the hospital's) responsibility to make sure each one of their employees is being deducted kasi it is mandated by the government. Kahit isang follow-up from them wala talaga akong natanggap. Sayang talaga 3 years and 6 months ko.

Anyways regarding the name of my consultancy, I'll just PM it to you.

Hi! do you have ITR to prove that aside frm ur SSS?? Ana ako agent, its ok if u dont have SSS, as long as you have a letter of explaination frm ur employr y ur not deducted..then you can get sss, mskan voluntary pay lng to prove to them(canadian officer) that ur a law abiding citizen.
