QUEBEC SKILLED WORKER APPLICANTS FROM PHILIPPINES... LET'S SHARE EXPERIENCES..

Anyone here who has any experience as a Job Order employee? In my case po kasi, I was working in our government hospital and I am funded by our City councilor as Job Order employee... Wala po akong tax, sss or any deduction... Almost 5k lng po ang sahod... How can I prove my employment? Any suggestion po from our seniors here?

yan din po ung pinasa nya sa quebec..although walng sinasabi dyan na no need for premium contribution or tax exemption..pero kasi it is a support too that you have been employed aside sa COE na pinasa niya..

tapos meron siyang certificate din na nakuha from the hospital na na employed siya thru this job order mentioning the executive order number..so lahat ng un parang connected..kaya cguro kahit wala siyang naibigay na premium contirbution or itr eh ung mga papers na un is a support too that his work is legitimate..sa tingin ko rin kasi not because wala kng sss contirbution or gsis or tax payment eh hindi na legitimate ang work mo..there are other resources or documents na pwede sumuporta sa claim natin..effort lng din ung ginawa niya na iresearch itong mga ganito..its worth it naman..hope this helps my friend..

like my previous post po..hingan mo sila nung job order or memorandum..kasi andun ung details bakit sila nag hire and andun din ung salary right..ung COE plus the job order or memorandum might do..ganun ung ginawa ng friend ko na under job order ng dole..contractual..so wala siya deduction from sss or gsis or payment sa itr..nag try siya na ganun lng ipasa..ok nmn..

I submitted my docs last Dec.

Tanong ko lang po, yung AOR / reference number / file number, same lang po ba yang mga yan?
I mean kung meron kanang reference number, yun na din po ba ang AOR?
