sino po dito nag-DIY and naka-receive na ng AOR?need help po sana sa forms...medyo naguguluhan lang po ako dun sa sequencing ng documents when placing inside the envelope..sa Documents in support form po nakalagay dun kung pano sequence...eto po sequence na nakalagay:
1. The original of this form duly completed
2. Your Application for Selection Certificate form, - Principal applicant form lang po?
3. Your Contract respecting financial self-sufficiency,
4. Your payment,
5. Other forms and declarations, where necessary, - dito po ba isunod ung sa Accompanying Spouse na Selection Certificate Form
6. All your documents and supporting items - since 2 sets ung documents, one for principal and another for spouse - nakagroup din po sila based sa checklist?
