Hello guys, can I ask kung dpat ba talaga na naka red ribbon lahat ng Cert.true copies or basta signed lang school for example eh pwede na? kasi nakalagay naman sa website na the best to certify it is the institution who issued the document. So technically di na kelangan dumaan sa DFA.

Hindi pero hindi mo na siya pwedeng makuha kung sakaling hingin mo sa kanila dahil magiging property na ng MICC yung documents mo.

Are you sure about this? My consultant in Montreal told me that you can request it back once CSQ has been issued.

me too. my consultant told ne as well na pwedi lang daw mag request na kukunin mo orig docs and ibibigay daw nila.

Base s immigration law firm n ngpprocess ng papers ko NOC CODE C029 ang inindicate nila which is NURSING college level unlike s U118 n university level. naipasa n kc ung application ko. di kya mg kaproblema un? could you give me some insight?tnx po.

Our BSN in the Philippines is like a university level na sa atin... But when you come to Quebec and they evaluate your education, college level lang tayo and we are not BSN so since immigration phase ka palang naman I dont think magkakaproblema ka kasi iba din naman ang body who will evaluate you for your nursing education. I guess your lawyer knows your category kapag dito ka na sa Quebec kaya dyan ka na noc nilagay. Ang importante they will grant you the immigrant status.

As long as your chief nurse will be able to completely fill up the form and satisfy the requirement of OIIQ.

They will return the original copies to you unless they specified in the requirement that you have to send the original saka nila hindi ibabalik otherwise ibabalik naman nila yan eh after they check it for authenticity and they will usually photocopy it for their file then mail back the original to you. I had witnessed this when I went to a government agency, I gave the original tapos after verifying it the guy photocopied and gave back to me the document.

Sorry, sa WES pala yung rule na yun. Pero, hindi naman marereject ang file kapag nagsubmit ng original.
