Hello,
I'm reaching the final stages of my Permanent Residency (PR) application process, which has included steps like CSQ, ITA, Biometrics, and completing Medical exams. I've been going through the Quebec skilled worker program.
However, there's a new development - I'll be getting married in just three months, and I anticipate that my visa might be approved before the wedding.
With this in mind, I have a few concerns and I'm hopeful you can provide some clarity:
1. Will my visa still be valid after I get married?
2. If I decide to include my wife in my application, does she also need to go through the CSQ process? (It's important to note that she doesn't speak French and doesn't have an IELTS certificate. How could this situation be managed?)
3. My current plan is to receive my visa, proceed with the wedding, and then travel to Canada. I'm considering sponsoring her at a later stage.
Your guidance on these matters would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
