they say it takes up to 18 weeks before you receive the AOR
for me it was almost 17 weeks

I sent my documents 5 Dec 2014 to immigration office but I have not received any posport request or decision made anounce yet.
Is there anyone with this time line?
Any news from receiving posport reqest recently?
Are they processing the files recently or not due to refugee files?

December 8, 2014 and still waiting as well. November 5 and 8 applicants got their PPR last week so we will most likely get it in mid-December. Hang in there.

please take your passport, Your Post graduation workpermit and go to RAMQ.

Hi everyone,

I have a question regarding to the french tests for the PEQ program. I currently have 2 different cetificates for listening and speaking skills. I have got B2 in TEFaQ speaking test, and had another B2 in TCFQ listening test. I have tried several times the TEFaQ listening tests but didn't get the result as I want. That's why I switched to TCFQ listening test. I am just wondering if it is ok to submit 2 different certificates for 2 skills. If any of you has information about it, please let me know. I am very appreciated for your help.

I just passed my French level 6 (LAN-5072-4) from the Centre William-Hingston in December 2015 and I am planning to apply for CSQ under the PEQ very shortly. I have a question about the transcript you submitted for your PEQ application. Did you get the transcript from the Centre William-Hingston or from the Ministère de l'Éducation du Loisir et du Sport (MELS) office at 600, rue Fullum, Montreal? I went to MELS office today to enquire and they told me that the transcript from December 2015 course would take a couple of months to show up in the system. So I got a transcript from the school: one original and one certified copy. I was thinking of submitting the latter since the application asks for a true certified copy. What do you think? Your help will be highly appreciated!

Hi everyone!

I applied through PEQ program for Quebec graduates.
I sent my application for federal on March 5th 2015.
I received the AOR email on June 2015.
I did my medical exam on August 31st.
On September 28th, I was requested to pay the landing fee and submit a copy of my new passport as the old one was expired.

Since then I have not heard any news and when I check my application status online the last thing is that they have asked for new documents which is the new passport. The email address they have provided for the inquiries does not work (CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry@cic.gc.ca). Does anyone has any ideas or any email address or phone number to contact them?
I am just worried that they have not received the copy of my new passport. There are a few people here who have done their medical exam the same time I did. Have you received any updates?

What is the next step? Is it Police clearance? or PR fee?

My timeline is somewhat similar to yours.

My application was received on July 21 2015, AOR received on Nov 12, then I got my MR on the Jan 30 2016.

From what I understand, next step is just waiting for the decision (if you have paid all the fees in advance).

Anyone who could confirm this?

I received AOR from Central intake office in Sydney on Dec 11, 2015 but I still haven't received any news from my Visa Office, and I have no idea which Visa Office is processing my application. Is it normal? What should I do?
