Quebec- Is CSQ required to submitted y mail?

Hello,

I applied to sponsor my wife in June 2016 from Quebec. Then I applied for the CSQ.

The visa office-Singapore recently asked for the CSQ. I already send a scanned copy via email. And then I got an automated response from them that i got my email.

Do I send the the original CSQ via mail also or email is sufficient?

Can anyone share their experience / shed some light into this?

Just send by e-mail. It's what I did and worked fine
