CSQ Processing time??

In my own case, I only e-mailed a copy to CPC-Ottawa, and I still have in my possession the original "immigration" copy. I have reached DM without a request for the CSQ, but I do not yet have the COPR in-hand, nor have I seen my GCMS notes to tell if my e-mail actually affected the file.

Sorry for the mistake! Either way, I wish they wouldn't be so ambiguous. Either send every visa office a copy or let us know we need to send them a copy ourselves, ya know?

I sent my request on July 13 as well, received by MIDI the day after according to FedEx. I also still have nothing in the mail, which is to be expected. The MIDI states they take up to 25 business days which is 5 weeks after receiving the package, excluding shipping time, which with Canadapost can take another week if unlucky. My assumption therefore is that I will receive it somewhere in the next 14-21 days. Not to worry, our live is about waiting anyway with the CIC

A warning to you guys waiting for CSQ… My application was just refused today for lack of a CSQ. Ottawa contacted me a week after they received the application and asked for the CSQ, and I was given 30 days to furnish it. I replied and stated that I wouldn't have it for a while as I had just gotten sponsorship approval, and had JUST applied, and MIDI was being slow. They don't have ANY record of any of these replies, and while I received the CSQ in the mail over a month ago, they never received it even though it is supposed to be transmitted to them internally by MIDI, and I submitted a copy of it online with the Case Specific Enquiry tool.

Mail the extra copy MIDI sends you straight to your visa office when you get it, and do it registered so you have proof of delivery!

My CSQ application have been received by Quebec on 14 August 2015, could any one tell me how long will it take to get response from them???

Based on Quebec Immigration website the processing time only for step1; (Verification of documents submitted) is 37 months which is too much long...? any one have any idea about processing time of CSQ application...

Are you applying inland or outland ?

CSQ application for outland sponsorship is about 5 weeks.

I know people who applied for CSQ inland about a year and a half ago and are still waiting.

I have applied for CSQ from outside of Canada, I am not sponsored by any one, I am from Afghanistan and applied through a Quebec immigration Lawyer? I mean my file is prepared by the help of lawyer and and submitted to Quebec Immigration for obtaining CSQ.

I have applied on July 2014 and received the receipt confirmation letter from Quebec Gov. on 15 August 2014. still no news, if you have any experience please share on how long it may take to get positive or .... response from them....????
