Hi Am a Jul 2013 applicant .. I Submitted my file just like anyother with some payslip and nothing much on tax or PF/social contribution. Last month i got a response from MIDI stating Intent to Reject and they have requested only my updated and translated copy of UAE Residence VISA. Wondering have they stopped asking for those papers or will they come back with another intent to reject letter later?

Also i understand they have waived the interview process of all the applicant .. please correct me if am wrong.

they have changed there system no proof demanded for Social Security.you are lucky

according to MIDI website administrative review process shiuld be review in this month but no change on site.don't know the exact process.

I had received medical and RPRF request in February.
my medical was received by cic in march. However my rprf dd is returned due to incorrect amount.Then i had resubmitted dd with correct amount and it was encashed on 7 April (my visa office is new Delhi).

Any one please guide me how long it takes me to get PPR request.

Hi,

I am confused about one thing in Status History (Historique des statuts) section and need help with it;

I stayed in Canada for some years within the last 10 years, as you already know you must provide information regarding your status in each of the countries or territories where you have resided over the last 10 years.

My case is;
i stayed in QC from 2007-2009 and then from 2009-2011. the duration between the expiration of the older status and issuing date of the newer status was about 20 days.

considering there is NO "Implied Status" we can select from the drop down list for that period in between until i got the newer one (20 days), other wise i will receive an massage error on Mon projet saying my 10 years are incomplete.
how can mention this gap?

i.e. in the outlined dates in the below photo, the expiry date was actually July 30th. but had to put as Aug 20 which was the issued date of that newer visa;
please advice if this is a misleading or if anyone experienced the same, how they managed the issue.

Can anyone please direct me to link and steps for Quebec nomination programme. I see it opens in June 2016 but i see people talking about now collecting documents and keeping application ready.

Hello friends

I have emailed visa office to get information about my application.
Today they replied me that your file is pending final review.At present no action is required on your part.

Any one please guide me what it means and how long it takes me to get PPR request.
