Actually, where are you from? Québec is open to Canadian citizens and permanent residents. The Mobility Rights and Freedoms guarantee freedom of movement. So, when it comes to foreign people, Québec has its own set of criteria for evaluating them. For further information, go to this website( http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/en/ ). Quebec does have its own immigration policy, but it only applies to foreigners. With the help of a moving company, one of my friends recently relocated from Alberta to Québec. Citizens of Canada are free to live and work in any province or territory.

Hi everyone,

I recently applied for Permanent Residency (PR) under the Quebec Skilled Worker program. Unfortunately, my application was returned as incomplete.

The reason for the returning, it was that I didn't complete the section regarding children on the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) form IMM 5406.

Could you please help on how i can proceed?
