I studied till my graduation in local language, but my MBA is in English medium and my language in office also english, so do I need to take IELTS. Kindly suggest me.

I think English Fluency certificates from the Institution and the employers are enough to prove your ability in English.
I also do the same.

I am taking a help from a consultant for filing for Quebec and they are charging around 1000 US DOLLARS as there processing fees, is it a good option to go by a consultant ??? Can i file it by my self? Will it be advisable,if yes were can i find the detailed process to apply for it and also to were do i have to send the document, if my home country is "INDIA" ...

Please suggest !!!

Apply by yourself using quebec immigration website , if you are from INDIA then your BIQ is Hong kong.

to apply quebec skilled worker programe

Now u will expect your aor with in 1-2 months because Hong Kong office issue aor very quick and after that if your document is correct and complete then u will expect your interview between 8-12 months other wise if u missed any documents then they will send you letter about any missing document list to send their with in 90 days.

My husband has Bachelors in Electronics engineering in 1999 (4 yrs bach degree)
Masters in IT from UK in 2002( 2 years masters degree)
Work experience in IT (9 years)
IELTS 7 band in each component
French WIll be enrolling in the alliance de frainces asap
Kids 1 daughter of 2.5 years
Finances ...have more than $35000 fixed in my name


Spouse:
2 years bachelors in science gained in 2007 (majors zoology,chemistry,microbiology)
2 years masters degree in economics in 2011
no work experience
IELTS 7 band in each component
French will be enrolling in french course shortly

please STILLHOPE reply on my scenario and evaluate my points as having difficulty in assessing my areas of training points .can u please explain it for me that how does it works actually!

I think passport is a good ID proof, so first get passport and then apply.
