True, English and other languages are courtesy for Quebec, but if any time you doubt check French first and also always check the bottom page where it says "last modification" the French page says 2015-4-24 and English and Spanish says 2015-4-8

I just want to ask. My documents was sent March 22, 2014 and was received last March 27, 2014. But unfortunately I haven't received any AOR NOR CSQ yet as of the moment. Its already May 2015 but still no update for my application. Can anybody help me with this matter. Where can I follow up my AOR or CSQ? what is the contact number of Quebec Immigration??

Hello,

I'm new here and I haven't applied yet but I have some doubts that someone on this really useful forum might hopefully be able to help me with.
I am applying to the Skilled Worker Program from India because I have DALF C2 in French and the last time I did IELTS I scored 8.5, so along with my Master's degree and more than 5 years work experience I am eligible. Although some law firms are keen on representing me I would like to apply on my own since they are really expensive! Here are my questions:
1. Regarding education transcripts, could I submit 10th and 12th year certificates attested by a notary and Bachelor's and Master's degree as certified true copies since these are the main exams in India?
2. Proof of legality of work experience: I have Income Tax Returns acknowledgements (ITR V in India) for the past 4 years and I spent 7 months (October 2010 - April 2011) in France as an assistant English teacher working just 12 hours a week earning less than 800 euros a month so I didn't pay any taxes. I only have a "bulletin de paye" with the deductions leading to my final net income. Would this work? Also do I need a notary to attest my Income Tax Returns form and is it for all years?
3. A section in the form asks for the places I've lived in over the past 10 years. I have lived in France for 7 months (as mentioned earlier) but I was also there for 7 months in 2009-2010. Between these two stays, I was at home in India so do I have to keep mentioning my stay in India between all these visits to France?
4. How does one know whether they need an Évaluation comparative des études effectuées hors du Québec?
5. Lastly, regarding the application and payment, since India comes under the Hong Kong office, I would have to apply there but I read somewhere on the ministry website that this office didn't accept credit cards although the Hong Kong office site mentions credit card as a method of payment. Does anyone have any clarity on this? Otherwise if I have to pay by cashier's cheque, is this a demand draft from any bank but in Canadian currency?

I know I am asking a lot of questions but this forum looks like to great place to get information! Thanks in advance for your responses!

Finally I got my GCMS notes for Federal stage of QSW. Apparently my "criminality check" is in progress since June 26th 2015.

Breakdown of my stages is:

Eligibility Assessment: Not Started
Security: Not Started
Criminality: In Progress (Since June 26th 2015)
RCMP Screening: Completed (No Reportable Trace)
Medicals: Not Started
Biographic: Completed (NRT)

I know the time required for these stages vary on individual basis. But does anyone, who also got their GCMS notes know how long it took for them to pass any of the above mentioned stages. (provided they have passed those stages yet)

I am trying to figure out when will they activate my medical checks.
