Thanks.

Hi,
I have seen similar posts about interview waiver. Here is what I know.
We may think we have particular points ( in your case 65). But it is the officer whose calculations matter. Any document not in format as required will not give points in officers calculations. Any document which he thinks is suspicious again zero points for that. To check the original, he can call you for interview. In some cases people thought they had enough points but officer called them for interview and applicants were surprised to see the points calculated by officer. Applicants had to gain the lost points in interview.
So bottom line is it all depends on documents you send and authenticity of them and officers view on them.

Hello guys,

I filed my application on 30th September 2014, and got my AOR on 5th November 2014. It is crazy fast and I would had been happy had it been not written in their AOR letter to expect delays and not to contact them until further notice.
My question is is this a usual template which they send everyone? or the processing time has somehow increased and they gave me AOR so I don't get panic due to the increase in delay...

I am from India.
I completed bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) in July 2014 from India.
Currently, I am pursuing Master of Engineering (Mechanical) from Quebec which will finish in April 2015.

so how many point do I get under "Area of Training" Section? Because for Foreign degree It says 6 Points, while Quebec Degree says 12 Points.

Have you already applied for present mission? The point system is for present mission. It already reached the cap of 6500. For your future, once you complete the degree, the system might be different.
All the best

I am about to apply once I am sure that I get 55 points.
About the cap of 6500, website says that Temporary residents have no caps, these are caps for applications outside canada, so I am eligible to apply
