I believe you can send them a "Change of Application" form filled. Go to Quebec's immigration website and look into "Official immigration application" page. You can find the following there:

"To request a change to your application for a selection certificate or that of your spouse, complete the Change to an application for a selection certificate form and return it to us along with the necessary documents within 30 days after the change."

along with a link to the form itself.

Hi Members,
In the form A-0520-AA, it is asked that
"Do you hold an authorization to practice issued by a Québec body that regulates a trade or profession?"
I have not applied for any authorization for this.
I am an engineer. I have read somewhere that one can sign this form by "yes", if he/she practices his/her profession under some professional body/engineer (which will be applicable for my case).
My question is what should I mark on this ?
Also, form A-0527-AJ is asking for the same thing. Can I sign that form even if I have not taken any authorization ?
Can anyone tell me from his/her experience that how he/she has filled the form and form was accepted.
Thanks.

Hello Abhishek
YES!!! you have to tick "yes" on the form and sign it.
What they mean is that, if your discipline/experience is gorvern by a regulatory
body/bodies in Quebec.
This is to enable you be liencened or certified when you finally land and
you are looking for job. (You will have to be registered to this body and get
your school transcripts evaluted) to enable you get get job easily.
But at this stage you might choose not to registered, because it cost money and time consuming
Goodluck!!!!

Thanks for the reply.
I got your point.. that is ok for form A-0527-AJ...
but what about form A-0520-AA? In that form, there is one single line that do u have authorization to
practice ur profession in Quebec? As I do not have authorization, can I still
mark YES on this form?

Please reply...
