You will find all of the information you need. The first step is to gather all required documents and fill out all of the forms needed to apply for permanent residency as a quebec skilled worker (after you have received CSQ). And yes, police certificates among other things will be required. Medical check request will be sent to you once you have already submitted your application. You must wait until you get MR (medical request). You must submit your file to your pertinent CIO (Centralized Intake Office) which will check that you application is complete and then process to your specific VO (Visa Office) depending on where you are applying from...

Can u pls. calrify that my education falls under their list. My education is

1. After 12th, Full time two yrs. Diploma in Secretarial Practise and Computer Applications from Govt. Polytechnic.
2. One year part time Advance Diploma in Computer Programming from a Govt. Institute.
3. B.Com(Pass) from Delhi University (not regular but non-collegiate).
4. Completed MBA (HR) in Dec., 2009 from IGNOU while working. U will get 12 point for your MBA and 6 for your Area of training points so total u will get 18 point for your education
5. Have exp. as a secretary (more than 12 yrs) 8
6. Have exp. as HR Executive (more than 2 yrs)

Kindly help me whether I am eligible to apply for Quebec. Pls. help me.....

If your children below then 21 years of age then they need not to fill a separate form, just add them in principal applicant form.

I received results of my DELF Tests today. I got 85/100 for B1, all skills above 16/25. For B2, I got 50.5/100, all skills are from 8-15/25. That means I will get 8 points for French ability. Should I submit both results? Or just the B1? Because the points of both are the same. Please advise. Thank you.

How r u doing? I had not received my file number, so I dropped the HK office an email and got a reply from them stating that they had sent my file number about a month and a half back. But, I have not received it in my postal address.
What should I do? As, I may not receive other future letters also from them.

Age - 28 years
Education - BCA(Bachelor of Computer Application) and MCA(Masters of Computer application)
Experience - 4 years in Software Engineering(2 years in India and 2 in UK) (does my intern ship for 6 months during my Master degree will be counted for experience)
IELTS Academic - 7 overall ( 6 speaking and 8 listening)
French - will be enrolling soon for online course with Alliance Franchise for DELF A1 and planning to give exam in May this year.

Spouse's profile

Age - 30
Education - MSc in Computing
French - will be enrolling for DELF A1 with me for May exam.

Child - 3 Months old

I'll suggest, contact your local post office. Some times they return the letter to the origin [if your house if closed].

Or ask HK office to send you a duplicate OR wait for another letter form HK office.

(If you are from India, Nothing can be done until you bribe your local postman and ask him to add your name and address to his diary)LOL its India.

If you are applying on your own then you are more then eligible, if you have B2

If you are married/applying with your spouse, you might want to calculate your points again. Check my signature Link for the same.

If I have bachelor degree in accounting from Oxford Brookes University after 9 first ACCA papers(through distance educaton, I've never been in England, nor visited any classes) can I apply to Quebec program?

Two things u can do

First check with your Local Post Office may be u find out there.
Secondly explain your position to your BIQ and request them that they can send u copy of your AOR via your email.
and i m sure they will do it for u.

u need 57 points to file your case and u r scoring 59 points

U need to send IELTS result with your application to claim points for your english.
and Send your delf a1 result for you and your spouse with your application to make your case strong. becasue i seen so many people got their application back because they are not including their french result with their application.
