Quebec immigration help requried

One of the consultant told me that I have eligible for Quebec immigration doesn't matter wether I know french or not.Therefore, I would like to know is french is mandatory for Quebec immigration.

In addition, one of my friend told me that if you meet Quebec immigration point but don't know french then they tend to reject applicant.

It depends on the points what you are getting, according to the average applicants they required to proof French language proficiency. It is better to attempt French test.

French is not mandatory,,,,,you can apply without french and long as you have enough points and then study and update your application later. You most likely will be invited for an interview, being able to speak even basic french would be good in allowing you to pass the interview as Quebec's first language is french, and at least attempting French shows a serious interest in settling in Quebec.
