that, nobody can tell you, but you can see on this forum what older/previous QC applicants are commenting on the other threads. From what I see not much movement is going on (hope I am wrong)

I am one of the 2016 applicants. I also applied at the federal level (express entry) and was selected under the Ontario French Skilled Worker PNP program. Already landed and became a PR in July 2017. This shows the difference in handling time between both programs.
