I hv filled the online form and there i am not eligible. But when talked to the canadian consultant then she said that i m strong contender. Which is true? And another question is if I filled arrima myself and if i m not eligible then will arrima reject itself?

if you get 50 points as single (or 59 as married) then you are eligible. if not, I don't see how a consultant will make any change on your stats.

I'm no expert but it seems like 10 points for diploma + 6 for area of training

I submitted my profile and then received 2 emails informing there is new mesage in arrima. One right after submitted and one 4 hours later. However when i login arrima, there is only one message. Is there any body faced same issue?

In that case, no one can be sure about the score they are getting, so then the applicant has to guess the score and add 1 for financial agreement on top of that.
It's not that clear at all

I wanna say sorry for getting your valuable time. I am in problem and have a question to you. I have hired a canadian consultant for Quebec Skilled Worker Program for 2017. But this program is closed without opening intake period and started expressions of interest.
Now my hired consultant says that i m highly qualified for this program also. So she wants to switch me in this new program. But online assessment form shows that i m not eligible to apply. I hv this information
Main applicant from Nepal
1)Education 3 yrs PCL nursing +2 yrs bachelor of nursing ( total 5 yrs after secondary education)
2) age 32
3) 8yrs working experience in same field
4) ielts 5.5 total band
Husband
1) master degrees in business study
2) 32 yrs of age

Quebec procedures through Arrima supposed to last around 12 months (although nobody has experienced that yet). After that, there another 18 months to apply at federal level

can i expect it within 1-3 months? or 3-6? or 6-12?
