Your April fool joke was very lucky for me Subhash...got my request for update of documents yesterday! No joke! They've asked for updates for all business and personal records and surprisingly, have asked us to apply for Canadian visas for myself, my husband and all dependants 22 and above for the interview. I'm thinking BIQ is no more Hong Kong...its Montreal. Very excited, very nervous..we have 90 days to send them all updated documents. Please start collecting all the documents I had stated as it will save you time. You are next I am sure.

Hi Farhana,
I would like to know regarding your entrepreneur immigration category there are two different types, one is you have to invest 8,00,000cad, second one is you need 3,00,000 cad in the form of property or else and you require minimum 2 year's of management experience in business. In which category you have applied....?

They have asked for financial statements, bank accounts for last six months, any term deposits/ stock/ investments/ insurance/ security deposits, business bank accounts, current valuation of all properties, details of properties bought or sold, any gift or inheritance and finally recent pictures of all family members. I suggest you start gathering the documents..you are very close. Thank you for all the good wishes. Praying you get your letter soon.

Hi Farhana, Thank you for your update regarding documents required by Quebec immigration, did they have given date of interview or not, b'coz you mentioned that 90 days time line for updating documents. So it means that they will inform your interview dates later on...? I am bit confused, so asking you. Hello Subhash,
I am actually travelling and will return home on Tuesday. Most of my documents are already with the lawyer as I had already started collecting them. Only account details and house evaluation remains. The pictures are passport sized like you said, the ones which are required for Canadian visa application. They haven't given me an interview date, I need to submit the documents first. But what is surprising is that they are asking me, my husband and all children 22 and above to apply for a Canadian visit visa. From what I understood, they will give me an interview date after I get the visa. I am supposed to give my AOR number to facilitate the visa process. This is what I have understood. Final clarity will come when I meet with my lawyers on wed. I will let you know exactly what they say. I have a feeling interview will be in Montreal. Even the documents are not to be sent to Hong Kong, the address is for Montreal. The files have been moved.

Hi Farhana,
Thank you very much for your response, I have gone through your email attachments, nice feeling. As you have prepared all required documents, it's now easy for further processing. Your letter issued on 22nd March. Your 90 days counting is on. Please submit your documents as soon as possible. And apply for TRV. Land early 10 to 15 days prior to your interview date and do your exploratory visit, this will add 30 points. And gather all visiting card, estate agents meeting, meet with property dealer, suppliers and do lots of research for quebec, it will help you in your interview. Research-related to your business, economy, social life in Quebec, laws regarding your business registration etc.
