Hi Ajindersidhu welcome to our thread. Hopefully we will all get our csq interviews lined up in the next few months. According to timeline it's my AOR first, then Subhash and then you. You might soon get an email requesting for more documents. Discuss with your agent if you have or gather tax returns, kids education details, updates on business etc which is basically what I think they need. That way if paperwork is ready, you save time.

Agents are fraud i applied without agent if u are in canda you can arrange business plan easily and download the document checklist from quebec immigration website its easy task. My cell no is 9876800602 call me any time if you want to know anything about documents.

I have checked with agent but they are not sure about processing time After CSQ, but as per my knowledge it will take about 8 months or more. What's your opinion.

Good morning Subhash. Kem chu? I'm hoping too that the federal part does not take longer than a year. It seems that way whilst reading the other posts but am not sure whether they're faster because they've applied from within Canada or not. Just praying that the csq comes through quickly now.

Hi subash i am from ludhiana punjab yes its really nice i m on this forum from 2 years and i was not met any person of same catgory so its really helpful for me bcs u both applied before me so when you get some information than its easy for me to prepare. I applied for business i m doing business in india and i make business plan for transport comapny to launch in quebec.

Hello Subhashji and Ajinderji...just wanted to ask if either of you have updated your file since receiving AOR? I have heard that updating your file can bring it up to the top of the pile. What is your opinion on this? I am thinking of sending off relevant documents they might ask for by May if no news comes by then. It will be two and a half years for my application by then.

It's true that if you update your information and there are chances of winning your goal. But in my point of view is that, if they are not sending you any requirements for updating documents, How can you update....,

Hi Subash,
My lawyer has given me a list of things they will be looking to update:
Personal tax returns since the filling of your case (not yet submitted)
· Business tax returns since the filling of your case (not yet submitted)
· Business financial statements since the filling of your case (not yet submitted)
· Any asset purchased or sold
· Any other document which you could not submit earlier like language test results, etc
This will also include school fee payments of children over 18yrs who will be coming with you etc.
I will wait until the middle of April and if I don't hear anything from them I think I will send off the pending documents with a cover letter. I'm hoping that I hear from them soon!!

Hi Farhana,
Thank you updating me regarding your activities, but I am little bit confused, that at the time of appointing lawyer we are giving power of attorney to lawyer, they will submit our application with Quebec immigration. Now how can we upload our documents without informing to lawyer. Even email address they have submitted it's not ours. Any documentation update queries will be sent to lawyers only. And for updation of documents required lengthy process, so they are waiting for requesting by immigration office only. Suggestions welcome.

Hi Subhash,
No absolutely we have to go through our lawyers. This list was given to me by my lawyer as other applicants before me had got update requirements letters requesting the above. I was talking about asking the lawyers to send the documents on in order to update the file. We cannot do anything by ourselves. You are totally correct there.
The list will help Ajinderji too esp as he has applied himself.
