Hi mmajedi

I have also applied in the same program and fed up of waiting so had checked if I could get the money back and
found that there is no way you can get your money back except if you fail the medical test when you are asked for
to submit the medical reports when your file comes to final process.

Forget about delaying it because they anyways will take at least 4 to 5 years to complete the process depending on
which VO your file is logged in.

Hope this helps.

God bless
Viz

I'm in my 6 years and 8th month.

I have applied on 06/10/2010 therefore have have already completed 3 yrs and 11 months :( :(

However, my visa office is London and from
April 2013 to March 2014, Approval rate for Quebec Incestor is 98% (with 41 cases approved and 1 refused).

From April 2013 to March 2014, in Quebec Investor @ Abu Dhabi VO, 65 cases were approved and 17 were refused. This bring approval rate to 79%. No Federal Investor cases were processed at this VO during above mentioned time. But, Processing time is Agonizingly 48 months (that's 4 years).

Thank you for the info. Bro!!
I have left to God and if it is best for us to go then we will surely go and if it
not meant for us to go then there is something better stored in life for us.

Let us hope for the best!!!

No man!!

Only thing I have as of now is that my file has come to Abu Dhabi VO and that's really it.
Nothing more happening on the file.

I wrote to them and asked for status and told me that it is in Que and they will not give
any further update till the time my file no. has come up for further processing.

So waiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiitttting and waiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiitttting :'( :'(

When was that?

I can see that Abu Dhabi is handling cases from Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates & Yemen. Assessing paperwork from these countries is one hell of a task. I can imagine that my file got delayed for 2 years only because they kept on requesting for Police Clearance Certificates of Libya because my wife lived there in 1980s. Only when war started in Libya, they dropped it and my file went ahead.
