Portal 2 can be quick or slow, lots of variability. It can take a couple weeks and then it can take another week for eCOPR. I forget how long it was for my wife, maybe 2-3 weeks for the whole process. I believe the status of temp work to PR will change upon issue of eCOPR.

I have received the eCoPR. I had applied in April 2023 and received eCoPR in November 2024.

My wife and daughter landed on January 13 and all went smoothly. Happy to be an official PR as this concludes our case.
It didn't take just one year; we submitted all the paperwork on March 9, 2022, and my wife and daughter finally arrived on June 20, 2024. It took a little over 2 years.

May I ask, how soon after you received the CSQ did you receive final approval of the application? I'm in the same position, I have a CSQ since August 2024 but now my application is stuck in background check (for me, I'm the applicant)
