Hello Donsoft,

Thanks for your response, i do appreciate it. On my form i ticked beginner 2 for both speaking and understanding - that means your level is low beginner (level A1) which would have given you just 2 points bringing your points to 56 which is still not enough to meet the interview cut off. I can proof i lived and schooled in belgium for about 2 years in total but the school was in english although outside the school everyone else communicates in french - this may not help much as they usually require the result of a standardised french test to allocate points unless you were taught in french or you have worked in a french environment and can submit a proof to substantiate your claim . I submitted a copy of the post graduate diploma i did in belgium, but did not complete the Masters program and i had to leave belgium. Submitting my admission letter for the M.Sc might not be proof enough or do you think it will. i have a letter from the french school i attended for the beginners class, but i have not sat for any of the french tests. what do you suggest i do. Submit all the proof you have and claim at least level A2 but ultimately i will suggest you sit for a french test. Sit for TCFQ or TEFaQ as the results will be forwarded to them usually within 3 weeks. How much time do you have to respond? Thanks.

Submit both as it will do you more good than harm!

thanxs for quick response . Are pharmacist eligible for quebec immigration . well i have little know on quebec immigration. do i need job offer to apply for quebec

Yes it is just that it will not earn you any point under area of training factor. You do not need a job offer even though it is advantageous if you have one as it will speed up the processing of your application. Read the guide we just translated and you will find these answers and more there in. Good luck.
