im short of words - 11 months after application - no call for interview from Montreal Notre Dame office.

Please is it possible to request the file to be transferred to BIQ Paris - Montreal is processing february 2010 applications in march 2011; this means my application will be processed in june 2011 making it 14 months for csq.

What is the procedure for changing office and how does this affect timeline? maybe I will send them a fax on monday to change office?

Please guys help!

Hi,

It is not that Lengthy It is BIQ and then VO... Usually the Federal process for QSW after CSQ is one or less than one year as per others timeliness...but it depends on the VO where you have submitted your Federal application.

Thanks again quebec2011.
I will still be in Seoul, so for the Federal part of the process, I will be using the Canadian Embassy in Seoul, Korea. So far, they seem to be quick. It looks like 14 months for the Feb2008-Pre June 26 applications. I think that the new system that was introduced last year will be faster. Maybe only 9-10 months. Fingers crossed.
Hope you're having a great weekend :)

@ ken99,
IELTS anything from band 6 is ok, but if u av had your education in English and u av been using english for some time, u can just get an attestation from ur school and u can tick out 12( i.e the highest scale for english on ur form for to claim the highest point.) rather than letting them use an IELTS result for grading u. cos it really is had for u to get all question in IELTS. stillhope has done justice to the other part of ur question

THanks Wings, SHAHI AND OTHERS FOR RUNNING THIS THREAD FOR SO long. It has been helpful for me too.

Shahi, If INdia has been moved to the "1 & 2 Status" in Processing times, does that mean we will not be getting any interview until the next update ?

Thanks for the response.

Plncmy

Well looks like that....but the website they update is not too accurate in terms of time of updation... normal csq processing time is 9 - 12 months...so u have an idea!!..

Just work on your french..its the key!!

Good luck
