My Actually Query was :- how to get declaration form and fill that form because my cousin is also software engineer and midi ask him to fill that declaration form and I am not able to find that form, please help me

hello all

I got an update on my file 2 days ago as i got the Awaiting for Decision mail from immigration .
But i have below Queries

1. I filed my application in Dec 2013 with my marital status as Separated and Recently I got divorced and the oral Order is passed by Judge .But in India its takes 2 months to get official document which will be my official proof of Divorce . Also i am going to remarry possibley in Aug this year so my marital status will again change from Divorce to Married .So my question is that should i inform Immigration right now about change of status of from Seperated to Divorce but i dont have any documentary proof yet or should i wait till aug for my marriage and then inform immigration about change in my marital status.

Also, Please note CSQ has not being issued yet . So , informing about my change of martial status will impact my CSQ decision ?

I am very confused . Kindly help .

"Replies from Schehrazade and mgazi are :-

As far as I know you need to inform them if you want your spouse to accompany you. You will need to add her name to your application to Quebec. But verbal divorce is not counted at all. Write to them when you have written proof.
Hi,
I agree with Schehrazade, you need to inform them.
With the AOR I got, they clearly mention the following:

Please inform the visa office of any changes to your application ( birth or adoption of a child, marriage or common-law partner , new job or employer , change of address, change of email address , change of immigration representative , etc. . ) . Please provide a letter stating the nature of the changes , with any relevant supporting documents . If your documents are not in French or English, please send a notarized translation ( certified ) , with copies of the originals.

thank you very much Schehrazade and mgazi for the reply

Below are my few doubts
thank you very much mgazi and Schehrazade for the replies .Yes i will definetly going to inform immigration about my change in marital status but I am bit confused when to inform them and below are the doubts

1. Should I inform Immigration right now but i dont have any document proof of divorce from my previous marriage yet .
2. Should i inform Immigration once i get documentary proof of Divorce but before my nxt marriage which is possiblly in Aug this year
3. Should i inform immigration once i remarry in august.

Also i had initially applied as Sepearated marital status and mentioned that my wife will not accompany me .. so i will be getting CSQ for me only or it will be both for me and my Ex wife ?

Please provide the valuable inputs ..

Any change you make to your application MUST be accompanied with proof within 30 days. I suggest that when you receive your official certificate that you are divorce that you send that document within 30 days and update the change of application form that can be found on their web page. The same applies for when you remarry in August. Only with proof can you update your application, but please note that this will delay your application as your points will have to be recalculated to add your new wife to your application and the outcome may be favorable or you may have to seek more points to obtain the CSQ.

It is rare that someone who is married will be applying to go to Canada alone and leave their spouse behind. You should've applied as married but seeking divorce/living separately etc and with this proof that you will have soon it would've been ok to update them that you have legal proof now because divorce is a long process. However, you applied as separated (without giving proof) and now about to inform them that you are divorce (years later) can raise some additional question by the MIDI and they will give you a deadline to submit the information requested if not your application can be rejected. Do not despair, I think that it is best to wait until you have this official divorce certificate and update them and not before. The question that remains now, will you add your new wife to your application?
