Yes i already recibed the file number the 27 of november, the thing is that Im with the inmigration lawyers Martineau et Mindicanu so they receive all the mail, I recomend you to make a phone call to the Ministere to ask about your opening file letter. and if you can, open a PO Box in Canada so you can receive the mail faster.

By the way were are you from?

AOR dec2011 intent to reject in 90 days on 7dec2015 docs sent in dec . now how much more to wait . On calling quebec agents said you reached in preliminary review stage and now it takes 2 to 12 months. do u have any idea?

My friend wants to apply for Quebec skilled workers immigration program from India through an agency and they charge 7.5 lakh rupees as processing fee. I feel it is a day light robbery.

1. Can you please let know if the processing can be done with out an agent?
2. How much maximum should I pay to agency, who would only help visa application submission (they claim they are certified Canadian Immigrant consultants).


Please let know. Also last question, is this Quebec program is similar to 2014 Canadian Skilled workers program?

Dont pay single NP. Everything is clearly mentioned on their website. And thousand of people doing by themselves. For Quebec lawyer should be a quebec member and canadian registration will not sufficient. I am telling one more time dont pay anthing to the person. Its a robbery of your real money. Please....please....please.

1) For Attorney renaud dery - canadim.com. Many Indians are applied through Attorney Renaud Dery. He is a Quebec Immigration Lawyer .

Im with martineau & mindicanu agency i recomend you to make the proces through an agency becouse its a really long process and really expensive so its really usefull to have people with experience on your side and much better if they are in quebec becouse they recive all the mail quickly.
