In last week of July I got rejection letter but I sent with my exemption letter income tax still they didn't consider it I went for administrative review they
sent acknowledge ment letter

So when I expect the result from them in how many days ?they accepted for review means is it positive?

What is the outcome in most of the cases in administrative review

Any body of experience in this matter

The experience for all years is required to be supported by income tax exemption letters for each year of experience or by income tax assessment orders

hi guys
i got document updation letter on 15 sep 2015. i have little bit confusion

they are asking to me

tax return for 2011-2012 for USA

india: tax return 2011-2012(assessment year 2012-13)

2012-2013(assessment year 2013-14)

2013-2014(assessment year 2014-15)

now problem is that i was in USA from 2008 to 5 january 2012. i have income tax proof for 2011 for USA and 5 jan 2012 i came back to india permanent from USA. i don't have proof for 2012 bcz i just work there 5 day in 2012.

then came back to india permanent start job in feb 2012 in india got salary in april. which cover in next income tax return( a'y 2013-14). so i have 0 rs income in india for 2011-2012.. i have remaining proof.

so guys please help me what i can do.

I have a question regarding legality of work, since the bureau as well as the local government where my partner (de facto) previously worked is not providing certificate for tax exemption, and only advised us to print the revenue resolution regarding tax exemption for minimum wage earner, do we still need to write a letter explaining the data gathered? Or do we still need to get the certificate through an attorney? Kindly please advise. Thanks!

I doubt that the Federal election result will cause Quebec to change its immigration laws .

I have been rejected by Quebec, and I applied the administrative review. The confirm mail said, they got the package on May 12, and they will process it.
But I still have not got any response since then. It took more than five months.

Weeks ago, i have called the Quebec immigrate service number and try to get some update. They told me that my status still be rejected. I want to know.
1. If we will get a confirm mail no matter what the result it is? Even I have been rejected again, I still want to get a e-mail or something.
2. If I want to check the status of administrative review, what is phone number? Is it same with phone number which service for the immigration application?

So sorry to hear this. Can u share ur timeline and the reason for rejection. Based on that we can suggest u. Btw some cases of rejections are not eligible for admin review. I sent u a pm. I can guide u how to appeal for reopening ur file.
