Unfortunately, the answer hasn't changed from the last time it was answered:

Here are the processing times for applications from Lebanon:
https://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/en/immigrate-settle/permanent-workers/official-immigration-application/processing-times-table.php?pays=txt-pays-liban#formulaire_delais

You are *unlikely* to hear anything about your application before late 2016/early 2017; the verification of documents stage is *very* long. And yes, applications can be, and often are, rejected then.

The best, and indeed only thing to do is to carry on with your life as normal and to try to stop obsessing about your application - it won't speed up the processing time, and is not good for your health.

Do you already speak French? If not, perhaps you could distract yourself by taking classes while you wait & it would be a very positive step for your eventual immigration :).

You could also research & work on what you will need to be able to work as a pharmacist in Quebec:

Dear All,
I am planning to apply for QSW skilled worker program. I assessed my self on PEI and passed the preliminary evaluation. I am confuse about many things while filling up the application form.

1. What is this area of Training? I am MSc in Finance and business management and working as a Finance officer. What point do i have by having this education and Job?
2. How will i show the legality of work? i am working for a private sector organization. i have tax card, i have payment receipt for the tax year, letter from tax office (tax payer certificate). I don't know which one is right? i have also worked in UK and have P60 tax form for an year and also have work permit. Which one can i send with the application form??
3. They are asking for Photocopy documents at few places, do we have to attest those photo copy documents as well??

Please help me out with these questions? its so confusing.

Regards
Yasir :'(

Don't break your neck filling out the forms right now (unless you already have a validated job offer): the program is not open at the moment, and Quebec is transitioning to a mandatory online application system. See the latest news on that here:
