I have entered tcfq exam but my results were not b2 in speaking and i want to enter another exam for only speaking..

Can i send two tcfq certificates??..and get the higher speaking record from both

No you cannot, you must send the one certificate that shows the requirement needed.

I applied in Jan 2014 and got my AOR in June 2014.

I need to add my new born baby to the application. She was born on December 2014. But till now i did not include her in our application.

Can we do it now Ie, after 8 months.

Kindly advise me the procedure for adding new born to my application.

You need to complete a change in application form and of course send proof ie. Original or certified birth certificate for the child and anything else deem necessary.

Hello house. Pls I want to apply next month but im a bit confused om wat they mean by area of training. Is it d area I presently work or my course of study in d university. Because d field i work is completely diff frm my field of study. Tnx

Area of Training...think about it is your field of study, like what you are trained for...like accounting, mathematics etc.
Work experience is your present occupation

To gain points for your AoT...The diploma must have been awarded within the five years preceding the application for a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ – Québec Selection Certificate). If this is not the case, the candidate must have legally practised for at least one year, during the five years preceding the application for a CSQ, a profession directly related to the diploma obtained and for which he or she is being assessed.

The big question I have is when did they ask you for an update?... if they had asked you for these documents within last year or perhaps this year chances are you may be subjected to new rules like myself. I was asked to update in August, 2013 and then I was referred to francization on 24 Feb 2014, and I had to face new rules...at that time the 2013 rules that B2 was minimum accepted.

To qualify for francization the person must be at least B1...so for you they may ask you to get B1 and then make you go through francization. Or, - The wait that you're going through now is because a decision is being made regarding your file - do not fear for this may be good news for you given the new rule that all you need is 49 (single) and 57 (joint) to be given CSQ...this new rule benefits all persons including those that no decision have been made as yet. But like me I already did francization so I cant benefit from this new rule so i'm waiting to see how persons like me will be treated. So keep praying....it all depends on the person dealing with our files.

I did the medical for all of us including the new baby added to the file since 18-05-2015 and the case status is always in process.

kindly advice if i should send Abou dhabi visa office an email about my case since i know somebody who did the medical in June and he got the PPR.

Your application will be still "in process" until you supply the documents requested (within the time specified in the letter you received).

A decision will be made (no timescale available) once you send the requested documents, or when the deadline to do so expires & you haven't sent the requested docs.

If you don't/haven't sent requested docs, you should assume that your application will be refused.
