According to the link you provided,
http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/en/informations/rules-procedures.html

that applies to the investor & entrepreneur categories, not permanent skilled worker.

Hi Everyone,

I am new in this forum, and i will appreciate positive feedback. I will like to know if any everyone submitted their application themselves or used immigration agents?

I will like to do the process myself because lawyers are very pricey.

Could you please tell me in details what documents are required.

Kind Regards
Holla.

It's perfectly possibly to do the application yourself.

All the requirements, including documents, are available on the Immigration Quebec website.
