Hi all,
What is the incoming tax document?
My incoming tax is mentioned in my monthly pay slips.
Is it enough?
Thanks,

No, your pay slips are not sufficient.

"This must consist of proof of social security contributions or proof of payment
of income tax.

If you cannot provide one of these elements of proof, you must provide proof
of exemption from payment of social security premiums or proof of exemption from payment of income tax issued by a government authority (who is not your employer).

Important clarifications on the proof of legality:
Regardless of the sector in which you work (private, public, parapublic, etc.), you must present proof of legality of your work experience.
All documents attesting to the legality of your work experience must be issued by a government authority. The documents issued by your employer or an accountant are not accepted.

The notice of assessment of income tax is an official document issued by tax authorities that confirms receipt of the income tax return and the assessment of submitted information.

If you work or have worked in a country or territory other than your country of citizenship or permanent residence, you must present a photocopy of your work permits.
Here are some examples of documents that are not accepted as proof of legality:
– income tax returns;
– acknowledgements of receipt of income tax returns; – registration cards with a social security agency;
– tax registration cards;
– pay slips."

Please pay particular attention to the lines I have bolded.

Above info extracted from the application package from Immigration Quebec.

Embassy want social security contribution proof from me and my spouse, but my spouse do not have proof.

I wrote in the cover note that "i do not have proof due to her salary was less" and i sent my proof.

Will it make any negative impact on my csq ?

They will not give AOT points of my spouse, but i have 67 points without it.

To which you will need to add the processing time for the Federal part:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm/skilled-que.asp

Processing time for US is 1 month and processing time for Canada is 11-12 months.. LOL

I very much expect that you will receive an "Intent to Refuse"/request for the proof required (see paragraph 2 that I provided). Quebec are very strict about the documents they require.

Good luck !

Dear All, i called to Quebec immigration office today and they told me that your file is open for documentation checking, i don't know what it is mean, and how much time time it will take to release csq, can anybody help me to understand the same.

Thanks

If you applied before 2013 that time language requirement was different. New rules of points introduced in 2013

Language *evaluation* requirements changed in 2011.

All the relevant information is available on the Immigration Quebec Website. Which is updated regularly. Sometimes some pages/forms are only available in French, but it's Quebec, heh? ;).

Any information you receive from a consultant, you can verify directly with Immigration Quebec.

I translated my documents from certified translation company in India (Lyric Labs India Pvt Ltd), they mention the translator name at the below of letter. But seal and signature did by owner of that company.

will this work ?

No one can tell you exactly what the processing time could be.
Everything depends on where you are applying from.
At this stage, it can take from 6months to 2years.
Just be patience and pray.

Better to be patient and stop counting days. Whatever you tell them it doesnt make any difference

Hello Indians, anybody had gone through the "document translation process" ? I need your help urgently...

Hi Guys,

One quick question! Does anyone here who applied for CSQ last year (2014)?
Any updates, like additional document request or interview wait list updates from MIDI?

Last time I check, 2013 applicants had updates and saw some 2014 applicants also have some updates already. Sorry just freaking out because I applied last year March 2014 and received my AOR July 2014 until then no updates.

We called MIDI twice already this year. First information was they said our application was on Preliminary Stage. Then second call was that our application was "On Process". How could that be??? :'( :'( :'(

Thanks! :-\ :-\ :-\
