Did they change that? Usually you have the choice. Mine is being processed in Ottawa because I live in Canada and I picked Ottawa due to the shorter processing times.

I have applied from India and now residing in UAE. So is there any option for changing my visa office from BIQ Hong Kong to BIQ Abu Dhabi. Bcz here processing time is very less and very frequently they conduct interviews. Please reply. Thanks in advance

Hi Guys,

I am new to this forum.

I had submitted my documents in Dec 2013 and received an AOR on April 2014 and after that I have not received any news from them. I can see some the users have mentioned that they are on the waiting list for an interview. My question is have you received an email from the office or did you contact them? How can I find out about my file status? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you are on interview wait list they will inform you . I received my wait list news via email

Just send a change of residence form to them and the reat will follow. They will update your file.

Let me know the exact end date ? I got the letter from quebec embassy as under:

We ask you to send us all the documents listed in Appendix A hereto and inform us of any changes in your personal circumstances, from the filing date of your application by completing Appendix B hereto.
We must receive before September 7, 2015, in one shipment sent by postal mail:

• all documents requested in the required format specified in Appendix A; Appendix B, completed, signed, dated and accompanied by all documents necessary for the update of your file;

• the attached cover sheet.

You must send your shipment to the following address:
285 Notre-Dame Street West, 4th Floor, Montreal, Quebec H2Y 1T8

If you are not able to provide one or more required documents, you must submit in writing and in detail the valid reasons for this impossibility.

Failing to receive before June 30, 2015 all of the documentation or written explanation deemed valid by the Ministry justifying unable to transmit a document or documents, your selection certificate application will be rejected under the Immigration Act Quebec, and without any further notice.

We will make our decision on receipt of your shipment, even if the maximum time limit has expired.

They required self declaration of this form A-0527-JF.

Download A-0527-JF and take print out.
First write down your name
Second write down "ingénieur" (as mentioned in list attached with this form)
below of this form write down, your city, date and signature.

Thats it, done.

My question is
1- I will have a baby as soon in September , can i send an update in September to Quebec & also to the federal with out having the csq for the baby yet or i can not ?

2-or shall i send only to quebec and wait the csq for the new baby ? then send an update to my federal file with the csq

in option 2 shall i inform the Federal ( Canada) in my waiting of the new csq

After getting CSQ from quebec embassy and submittion of file to federal i got pregnant and its my 6 months of pregnancy and my expected date is __/__/____. This is for your kind information and necessary action, please.
