HI All,

Thanks for all your wishes. Infact, i looked at the 'Intention to reject' mail luckily after 1.5 days... it was all in french.. and therefore.. i just thought it was a spam mail... after sending the document on May 2nd.. i was expecting a mail.. like some other members in the forum.. but i received a post.. CSQ!!!! :).. which i picked up from my letter box after 1 day... though i knew something was there... i was looking at the mail box for a mail.. which did not arrive.. but the CSQ itself.. had arrived by post... FUNNY....

Probably, what would have helped because.. both our AOTs are under priority now.. my wife is Computer Science engineering.. and me... Electrical and Electronics..... We have 2 kids.. we had done also the "Comparative Evaluation effectuee du Quebec" for our degrees.. and i had also.. both had 7.5 IELTS.. and i had Tefaq... probably.. this was why.. our case was pushed... out fast...

Also... for me luckily,.. both of us had more than 10 years of experience.. and we had.. Form 23 (PF slips.. for some older years.. as well.. and a proof of social security contributions.. from the PF office signed.. by government authority of India)... we had also.. written.. explanations.. on why we couldn't submit certain documents...

This is what we followed... and in this. particular case.. this worked out.. looks.. like we have another.. big cycle.. to start... guys... litterally we are entering.. another phase... where.. we do not know.. what is in store for us.. we can only.. say.. best of luck all of us...

At last got my CSQ finally. Now another journey will begin for fedaral part.

Pray for me and best of luck all the rest!!!

Thanks

Proof legality of professional experience
This should be a proof of social security contributions or a notice of assessment to tax
on income.
If you cannot provide one of these proofs, you must provide an exemption proof of payment of social security premiums by a government authority (not your employer).

Important clarifications on the proof of legality:
Whatever industry you work in (private, public, parapublic, etc.), you must proof of legality of your professional experience.
All documents certifying the legality of professional experience must be issued by an authority
government. The documents issued by your employer or accountant are not accepted.
The notice of assessment to tax on income is an official document issued by the tax authorities confirming the receipt of the tax return and assessment of the information submitted.
If you work or have worked in a country or territory other than one in which you are a permanent resident or a citizen or permanent resident or citizen, you must submit a photocopy of your work permit.
Examples of documents that are not accepted as proof of legality:
- Declarations of income;
- Acknowledgments of tax returns;
- The registration cards to a social security body;
- The tax registration cards;
- Pay slips.

I need help from you guys. In my case, I've applied CSQ through Regular program – Foreign student in Québec from Montreal on September 2014 (as I completed Masters from here). My AOT is Computer Engineering and currently I am working in Quebec in my profession. I showed my job experience from Pakistan is 1.6 year with my application. I have submitted my experience letters and a salary certificate from employer which mentioned that my salary was below taxable limit by income tax regulation. I didn't file my tax return during that year because I didn't know on that time I will face tax problem in future. Also, I receive the salary in Cash not direct deposit.

As I can see in this forum many people belong from Asia are facing the same problem and many people got success. I don't know exactly from where in Pakistan I can get tax documents which is acceptable by Quebec official.

Can any one guide me from which department in Pakistan I can get a proof of social security contributions or a notice of assessment to tax on income???

OR

If you cannot provide one of these proofs, you must provide an exemption proof of payment of social security premiums by a government authority (not your employer). I don't know from which department I can get this doc, please advice???

Hi i am from India and i don't know which department in Pakistan can give you required documents.... but as per my experience and knowledge kindly follow below steps:

1) Get salary slips from your employer.
2) Take tax slab letter from Income Tax Department of your country.
3) Make one cover letter and Write, In your country in this year the tax slab was this and your salary was below this tax slab so that's a reason you havn't paid tax.

But they will required "social security contribution" that means your provident fund, here you have to give solid reason why your provident was not deducted. You can mention that your organnization was not registered or you were on contract etc etc BUT SOLID REASON...

Gud Luck !!
