I need you help regarding the following document for my CSQ application :

Original ou copie certifiée conforme de preuve des cotisations sociales ou preuve de paiement de l’impôt sur le revenu pour attester la légalité de l’expérience professionnelle pour les années mentionnées ci-dessous
S’il vous est impossible d’obtenir l’une de ces preuves, vous devez fournir l’original ou la copie certifiée conforme d’une preuve d’exonération du paiement des primes de sécurité sociale ou d’une preuve d’exonération du paiement de l’impôt sur le revenu.

Veuillez noter que les déclarations de revenu (ex: ITR-V Form, Acknowledgement) et les accusés de réception des déclarations de revenu (ex: Acknowledgement of Receipt of ITR-V) ne sont pas acceptés comme preuve de légalité de l'expérience professionnelle.

I was in France during 2010-2011, doing the internship at a multi national company. They have asked my to provide the above mentioned documents for this period as well.

How do I obtain it? I am currently in India.

When you applied for CSQ, did you list this 2010-2011 experience as a "Work Experience" or only an "Internship"?

Yeah, for internship, they do not require tax proof/ social security proof, they only require an internship certificate and internship agreement.... You might have listed it as a Work Experience, that explains why they ask for those documents to prove the legality of the experience...

MY CSQ and those of my wife and 3 kids posted on 14 April, the lady asked me to sit down for she has good news for me., 2 hrs later I still called and a man confirmed to me and said welcome to Quebec. B2 French is the key to interview waiver, Newjwel soon it will be yours and others.

For the Federal part, my visa office is Dakar 19 months, but I pray it is shorter, say 9 months.

Hello everyone ! I'm new in here. Does anyone knows or can predict when bucharest VO usualy start process the files! i have been waiting more than 12 month and so for i have not recieve any update ! my ECAS only shows the date of the PR app was received. Thanks all . I received only AOR on october last year and that was the only thing up now.

I am now filling the federal forms and I have a little challenge. I just noticed one of my daughters passport is expired in March 2015. In the document checklist they are requesting copy of pages of travel documents and passports. The same checklist says if you cannot provide any of the requested documentations, provide a written explanation with full details.
So i intend to apply for her new passport, attach the application receipt to a copy of the expired one, instead of waiting another say three months for the actual passport to be issued. What do you guys think?

I have received an email from quebec authorities asking to proof the legality of my work exp for a certain year time frame.............can i just send notarised copies of Form- 16 that we get from the employer...??
