Mam cherishlady,
Employability grid pts 49+5 =54
And selection grid pts 58 + 5(french) =63
I need a target of 63 to receive csq.

employability grid covers your points minus your kids and financial sufficiency.
Even if i reach 58, (57 to qualify for married)
I lack one pt in employability.
I m supposed to be be qualified for interview if not for employability. Their solution: francisation

Ok,
If you submitted all documents in the right format,
They wont ask for anything else and it will save you some months.

Yes I saw it but It doesn't change anything for me,
I got B2 in french and my AOT is 6points with the old rules and 12 points with the new rules.
I have 59 with old rules and 64 with new rules as a single applicant.

I don't know why they are still delaying my application despite having enough points

Hi newjwel,

any update on your application.

Couple questions to help you better, what is your aot specifically what does bsn means?business? Is it a bachelor a masters? Also your wife's degree? Her age? Any visit to Canada, any family there?

jz an update on my case.

last week wednesday I emailed mexico biq for an update being that I am on an interview wait list since dec. I received email today which states that I am still on waiting list awaiting an interview with one of the immigration consultant. in my email to them I requested the interview date however the response stated that no date has been confirmed as yet.

I cant believe nor can I understand why you wld put someone on a wait list for almost 6 months and still unable to set a date. this is soo painful!!

To be honest these Quebec gov't is sick and insane. They should better be honest to say they do not need us. Come to think of it when you are landed, the frustrations that await us to get a license for a regulated profession. As soon as one gets PR card no need to live amongts these franco fools because there is bound to be some protracted delay in every service requested for.
