Submit all the documents obtained
But note that the registered ones are the ones that ll count.
All the registered experience obtained in the last 10 years counts..

I understood it was only the last 5 years bro... are you sure about this? If that is so, she spent 3 years in the company i mentioned in year 1, but she started 7 years ago.

Either way is not like we need those points to be elegible, is just that i don't want to leave anything up for grabs in case they want to be extra rigorous about the documents....

Hello experts,

I recently applied for job offer validation for my job in Quebec. I was wondering what will be the timeline for the whole process of job offer validation+obtaining CSQ+federal processing.

hello all,

I sent my application in May 2013 and received the AOR and file number by September 2013.
I have got married and completed a Masters degree within the past year and a half, but have not sent anything.

I called them today and they told me that they haven't started processing my file as yet!!! and average for Indians and UAE is 2 years to begin the process... is this normal?

I am an Indian living in UAE with advanced french - but my occupation or qualification is not in priority.
Also, I think I should update my file with spouse's information and my Masters degree, but not sure what attestations to get. I got my Masters from London, so will I need to attest it from the British Consulate? or Ministry of Foreign Affairs?
and marriage certificate is issued from the UAE, so just Ministry of Foreign Affairs would work, right?

I have BIQ Damas on my receipt...

if you get the interview date it means you will not be affected by this rule.

however, if you only have file number and haven't got any mails ( mail of refusal , interview notice) before jan 26 , you will be affected.
The last mail I got was in December 2014 " verification des documents produits "
Well, I got extra 6 points with the new law.

I filed my application in 2011,
Can't remember all the rules,
Since you don't care about the points,
Just gather all the documents and submit.

They are suppose to ask you for documents update when the time comes,
But in your case, I think you should add your spouse now,
then send all the necessary documents concerning your masters, working experience etc.
Original transcripts and photocopies of all your school certs certified by the institution that issued them.

another week has ended and nothing :(

I think soo too.
Its as good as not hearing from them.
Interview call and en attente de decision are 2 emails that means you have passed the preliminary review.
Which is what we are waiting for.

@Jimmy, congrats to you!
