my visa office is LVO in the UK. I have got the passport requested today. I would like to know which is the correct address to send my passport and family passport as well.

They are still saying the same thing,
Your file is still in process (en traitement)
And I'm asking myself, what's are they treating/processing?
Why is it taking soooooooooo much time?

at 6 January 2015 I received an email with the documents update request

on 13 January I sent my file update but till now it is in the clearance event in the airport of Montreal

Do u think they may lose some of the papers in the file while this long time or clearance or what??
