A lilttle set back to my application,
The officer printed wrong the DOB and sex for my wife in CSQ. I am sending the letter again to change it.
Such a common sense, they printed my DOB and sex on her CSQ as well. If we do something like that rejection without a second chance.
What a process this is.

Hello guys, first post on this thread since i am currently applying for FSW, but since my NOC has capped, i intend to give QSW a try next year. There are a few things that are still not clear to me and hopefully you can help me.

First so you know, my profile is like this:

- Male, Married with a 8 month child
- Age 35
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- 10+ years of experience
- IELTS overall band 7.5 (S: 6.5, L: 8.5, R: 7, W: 7)
- DELF B1 passed
- Spouse Age 32, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Proficient English (will sit IELTS next week), very basic french.
- No recent stays in Quebec or family in Canada

Now onto the questions...

1) Is it mandatory to submit a french test result for spouse with the application, even if i seem to score enough points without it?
2) Currently working towards B2 test, hopefully siting the test March next year. Can i submit an application with the B1 test results, in case i can't reach B2 by the time the program opens again?
3) My wife has recently had long periods without working (she has worked about 3 of the last five years), would that be a problem?

Hope to hear back from you guys soon!

We have got an e-mail last night that they have put us on the interview waiting list.

Can you help us a little, to share your interview experience with us? What they ask for, what was the most important to them and did they speak only in French or also in English?

Good luck to everyone!

Hello,

It's around three months that I have finally received my CSQ (I applied from inside the Canada as a skilled worker). We applied for Federal right away! It's about 1 month that they withdrew the money but I didn't receive anything for the medical, yet!! most of my friends received their medical exam email 2 weeks after money withdrawal! I wanna know if there is any way to contact them? I'm afraid of not receiving the email because of the problems like spam or whatever like that with email! While I always check my spam!! Can anyone help me please?!

Hello Guys,

I am planning to apply for Qubec in April 2015.
I have a doubt regarding one of the document that needs to be submitted for TAX. I have been working in UAE from the past 2 years and since UAE is exempt from paying TAX, what kind of a document do i need to provide along with my application to state that i am exempted from paying the tax.

Regards
Pavan

If ITR details from both CA and Employer are not valid...then what is she going to do? Actually from where they want the ITR details? But many have got CSQ by ITR's from CA.! It is so depressing and disturbing rule...

Thank You Friend. As you said we'll contact IT Office directly. ITR-V for my wife she is the principal applicant. So far there was no request for this from MICC. Pro actively just we want to arrange ITR-V manual copy for her. The rule in India is one can pay/request for paying tax only the last 2 years. Cannot request for years before that. But since last year she quit her job for some reason. So the CA who is processing our application told us we can't get for 2 years. but only for one year. And I am working in Maldives where there is no tax system. But i am working on arranging the Exemption letter from govrnt, salary certificate and bank statements....etc. both of us score exactly 57 points :-\. Very critical condition know!!! But we'll have our baby in next 5 months ;).
