Anyone know how to send withdrawal of application to this program? Like, how to do it? Where to send? Forms to fill up?

I would appreciate if someone can share their experience or opinion regarding this matter.

Hello mdammalli & Jenalby,
How r u all? I m applicant from Feb 2012. Can anyone tell me about MICC's decision on Rules :
1. Are they follow new rules for the applicant before August 2012? Then new rule should be applied in AOT and Language point also, is it?
or
2. Are they follow old rules for the applicant before August 2012? Then according to old rule AOT and Language point should be pointed also, is it?
My AOT is CSE which is 12 according to new rules / 6 according to old rules.
My French is L:A1 (=0) S:B1 (=0) according to new rules / L:A1 (=1) S:B1 (=4) according to old rules.
Please reply.......

I believe they are definitely following new rules,so you will be granted 12 points for your AOT ,and no points for French.You are so close to B2 so try it and gain some more points.Now they are handling files 2011 non priority and 2012 16 fetching AOT as you can see many nurses are requested to update documents..Good luck..

Are you doing job in England? So far I know, 2011/2012 applicants form INDIA are calling for interview. So it's your time now...

Yes DebR, I'm doing job in London. Unfortunately, I have updated biq in June2014 about my relocation, that could be one of the reason for which I didnt get shortlisted for the December interviews.

Most frustrating part is when I postpone and cancelled all my onsite trips since 2012 hoping that I may get interview anytime, finally after waiting long time, I gave up and updated biq and relocated to UK.

Anyways, as Jenalby told few months back, there will be frequent missions in Paris, If it is true then I hope I'll also get interview in 2015.

I'm little worried about my points calculation now since they might reduce 4 points for my age as I'm 36 now and 4 points for English as I dont have IELTS scores. I'm left with 58 points only(Threshold) without adaptability.

Your points for age will be frozen so no worries ,you will still be able to claim the same points.But am sure you won't get 4 points without IELTS as per the new rules ...

Just now called MICC, file is still under review. Most of the applicants who got additional documents request have got decision in less than 15 days. I need to wait and see what happens.
