Is it possible to renew the CSQ? How does it work? From what I have gathered, most people get their PRs within the validity of the cert and so, it doesn't seem to have provision for renewals.

wtf man..... CIC updated the lead times in Singapore to be 36 months. I applied in November 2013. I really do not like this. What is with the hold up? What happens if my CSQ expires before I get the PR? Anybody has any idea?
