Hello everyone
I had applied for csq in the month of March 2014 and my file received by them on 20th march 2014 as per courier records
My demand draft was encashed on 7th July 2014..
Till now I have receive no aor or any kind of written communication from them
Today on 21st October 2014.... I called them...they tell me that they will send confirmation by email...I want to know how much time they will take to send email for confirmation... Please reply

I hope you provided them your email on phone?

You should expect to get their email in 3 days time! I had the same scenario.

Just note that cashing your bank draft means your file is automatically opened. Relax and start that waiting game friend!!!

Did you guys supply with your application an "Evaluation Comparative des Etudes" issued from MICC as confirmation of equivalence of your diploma from your country to the Quebec diploma?

if I resend the form now to be in safe side . Doc request may longer the processing time. What will you suggest?

Aashu, stylov is right if they have asked your email than you can aspect an email . One of my friends was in similar situation. He called to them and they asked to provide them an email address. The people from call center told that the email address will be provided to immigration officer and immigration officer will send an email to you. After 3 hours he got email. The diffrence between email and the AOR (which he got later) IS in email there is only reference number and in AOR there are both reference number and dossier number. Other informations are 100% same. Anyway aashu as stylov said once your dd encashed that means you got AOR it is may be on the way.

I was asked to make a bank draft and sealed documents for that but later on they back my docs and dd. It is not needed for qsw

I filed my application in Jul-2011 & received AOR in Aug-2011.

Please help me out here and let me know if anyone else has also received similar communication. And on submitting documents again, has anyone received CSQ or interview call.

Yes to all your questions. What docs did they request from you?

Take your time and get all the documents ready in the right formats and send them to their office in less than 90 days.

Note that you will either get your CSQ a few months after this update, or an interview call depending on your file and points.

You can as well get a rejection letter if you fail to update them with the right documents in the right format within the specified time period.

Get going asap and take your time.

I have applied for QSW in Oct 2013 and got my AOR in Apr2014. But i want to withdraw my file. I have two questions.
1. What is process to withdraw my application?
2. Would i get back my fees paid?
