at the first stage they charge your credit card if you pass cut off score and open a file for you, and then 2nd stage will come up after a year or two depending on country of residence (in this stage they re-evaluate your points and send you latter to update the file if required) I suggest you to check GPI3 let me know if you do not have,

If we have the French at B2 level, we would have th enough points without problem. But you said that the second stage prilimanary evaluating takes 1-2 years due to our origin ( Turkish by the way). But in the qouverment website in the timeline page, it says 1-3 months for prilimanry and 1-9 months for the 3rd stage. And we called one Quebec immigration officer and she told us the our file is opended and will be informed in november or by december. which is between the 1-3 months after our AOR.

I guess you mean something else with the year time? do you mean that they will give us time to collect the 57 points?

I am asking in detail, so we will start to take the French courses to get B2 certificate.

I havent found any offical explanation about this in English.

Top of the day to you. I applied for CSQ as a Nurse Feb and received AOR in June 2014. I have been reading the trend about people MICC is requesting to update their Tax Document for the past 5 years. I noticed we did not include this in our application.
Can I get this from the Tax Office in Nigeria and update our documents WITHOUT needing to wait for MICC documents update OR I simply wait for them to request any update should there be any need for it?
Your advice will be highly appreciated.

Please note that they will not give you time for the improvement, if you are an old applicant then there is NPI in which they mention to give 18 months for french improvement but it is only for old applicant.
I am asking in detail, so we will start to take the French courses to get B2 certificate.
and yes definitely you should start french course to get B2 as this is the only way to improve your points.

We passed the first stage in 2 months, dont we? We got the file number so the completeness check was completed and CC charged.

Dear akinolam,
Don't worry, just wait for their documents update, usually they send documents update for all the missing documents as well as current job status at the time of preliminary interview. But if you want to send it now you can also do it, it doesnt makes a difference.
