My friend applied in July 2012 and he is a Nurse by profession.

Thank you Miumiu. Another doubt! He do not have any of his salary slips,PF document,ITR slips of his previous employment. What to do now? But for his current employment he can get tax exception letter from his present employer. Please advice. Thank you.

Look at the latest document checklist: http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/publications/en/dcs/documents-dcs-en-dyn.pdf According to this document, pay slips (photocopies) are only required for the present job, the latest 3 months' pay slips.

What do they want from the ITR form, because mine is different from the occupation in which I applied. My itr is according to my another business..if they ask for that I can provide but is it make any problem for me....thanks in advance for reply.

Hello everybody I started this feed to share experiences about any news of anyone regarding QSW 2014, if you sent your file for QSW on 2014 and you received any news please share. Four friends of mine got the following times: all of them belong to BIQ Mexico.

1st case:
File sent: July 7th
File received (DHL Tracking): July 10th
Notification of opened Dossier: September 24th +

2nd case:

File sent: July 8th
File received (DHL Tracking): July 10th
Notification of opened Dossier: September 24th

3rd case:

File sent: July 13th
File received (DHL Tracking): July 16th
Notification of opened Dossier: September 30th

4th case:

File sent: August 8th
File received: August 11th
Notification of opened dossier: NONE FILE WAS RETURNED, On sep 4th they informed him that his file did not reach one of the 6500 places and will be returned

Through what medium did MICC inform your friend that his/her application package did not fall within cap of 6500? Through email, phone, regular mail or what?
Did he/she inquire about the file before he was informed it will be returned?

He sent an email (around september 3rd) to inquire about his file and got no answer.

He made his application with an immigration consultant (Acanada), unfortunately on september 4th the bad news of his file being returned was sent vía email to the immigration consultant who immediately informed him that his file was coming back because it arrived after august 11th when the 6500 caps where reached. this confirmation

Today I got a call from private number. The lady at the other end just confirmed my name and if I knew French. Then she told that she would get back to me later. She refused to share her details. Think it might be immigration officer. At what stage of processing we can get call like this?

Today i got email form immigration that my file is rejected because i didnt submitted the my DEP in required format. Actually, mine is issued Quebec ministry, i read in the site that if the doc issued from ministry just submit photocopy.

What are the chances if i go for administration review? Plz any one share your experience

I would like to know if the applicants get additional points for the number of years of experience as the long waiting period in years increase the number of years??? For example, I applied in November 2012 and at that time I had 2 years of experience but until today my file has not been assessed yet and the number of years of experience is 4 years now. Earlier I was eligible for 4 points, do you think the immigration officer will grant me 8 points because the number of years of experience increased???? I have submitted them the experience letter mentioning I am still working for the same organization.

Hi everyone,

I received a letter from Canada, requesting some additional documents.
I'm freaking out to collect them in time.


The problem is that some of them, I can't get in either French or English. So I'll need a translation.
Can anyone tell me how I can find a translator? Is it sufficient if the translator is member of a professional order or authorized in my country?
Really hope so...
